Nick has a German Law Degree from Freie University Berlin and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich; and a B.Sc. in Business and J.D. from New York University, USA. After graduation, he went to work as an attorney for renowned corporations and law firms in France and the United States. His legal expertise includes Immigration Law, International Tax Law, Contract Law and Corporate Law.

Channel earned her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, and received an LLM in French and European Business Law from the Sorbonne University in Paris. Following graduation, she served as Assistant Counsel in the Governor’s Office of General Counsel in Pennsylvania. Prior to forming K.A.P. & Associates, she taught American Constitutional Law at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. Her legal expertise includes Administrative Law, Immigration Law, Comparative International Law, and Constitutional Law.
